“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. “Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown……

“Wont recommend this hotel. No toothbrush , shampoo/ conditioner, no telephone to contact front desk. TV is not operational. Toilet flush is not working. I know i get what i paid for but basic grooming essentials must be available. There are inns around that offers better services at a cheaper price and with free breakfast.”
