Beautiful location for a resort, the property needs a lot of maintenance and love. Beds were very hard, no duvet, just a sheet. So, if you need a bit more support for sleep, I wouldn't recommend. The food and drinks are unlimited, and staff are very accomodating and have great customer service skills. A beautiful deck for sun bathing and pool for lounging.

My stay was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made me feel like a VIP. The staff at this resort truly know how to make guests feel welcome and valued. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you could imagine for a perfect vacation. The multiple pools and stunning beach were always clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. From live music and shows there was never a dull moment. The resort's spa was another highlight, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious all-inclusive getaway. Our first room didn’t have working AC, checked in at 7pm and they couldn’t move us cos apparently the hotel was “fully booked” although there were rooms available for that night on Expedia. We still have not received our refund for the first night. Staff on this night were so unhelpful and didn’t care. Staff day after were a lot more helpful as manager was available and the girl at the desk was very caring Beach is conveniently located. Food was ok, nothing spectacular but decent. Room has everything but small, spa facilities good

Overall a great property. Staff members were helpful, friendly, assistive. Beautiful resort and truly all inclusive experience including namebrand alcoholic beverages found in America. 24 hour bar makes this property stand out from the rest. The restaurant is even open for almost 24 hrs!! Food, location and everything about the hotel was exceptional. The only comment I would like to make which needs further improvement is the rooms. Not all rooms are built the same. Some rooms have additional and helpful options but not all. I understand they are soon going through overall renovation.

It’s a very good hotel regarding to pay what you get, we were pleased with our room especially bed and shower, perfect evening show, good beach, high energy place, we loved the structure of the hotel, of course a few things can improve too, For example calling from reception before the check-out time usually is not transferring a Love energy to the guest. The hotel was good. Room is big. Everthing i liked. Just it was problem in main security checked my car plate number, checked my braslet and checked my room number and let me go inside than 1 lady security was running after me. And ask me question am i have a room or not :)) they checked me and let me go in and than run to me like i am not a clinent this hotel. I was upset for that.

The food is good. The hotel is Kept to a high standard. Only issue I had. My room was not clean till the late Afternoon. I made a few complaints about the maid and the hotel manager was inspecting my room daily, to ensure maid was going there job. Good hotel for couples, or families.

This is Russland! Noisy, you can enjoy music till MIDNIGHT, and closing your window will not help. Small beach saturated. I suggest to use this place as a gateaway, rent a car, enjoy morning and evening meal and run.

I did not like the room that's not 5 stars, imposible! The bathroom it's very small, and old, (I have pictures), the TV is very small also the bed it's quiet old.. That's not 5 stars, outside it's good, but for the money $$$$, I trusted Expedia but next time I will be more careful with my booking was very sad when saw the room. I expect more for 5 stars I been in others as well in Antalya and not compares with the room... Again I do have pictures proof. Thank you.

J ai aimé : La propreté ! Toujours en train de nettoyer ! Les boissons soda bières en bouteilles verre et pas en pression! Les masseuses exceptionnelles au spa ! La gentillesse de tous ! La qualité des repas Le cadre et le bord de mer J ai moins aimé mais sans gravité non plus !: Le manque de communication en francais ou en anglais Le bruit des hotel voisin jusqua minuit (mais ca c est kemer en général) Le manque de diversité dans les plats ! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und überwältigt vom Hotel. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Hotel bietet einen sehr großen außen Pool verbunden mit einem direkten privaten Strand. Das Wasser ist klar und die Anlage sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam, tagtäglich wird der Poolbereich sowie die Strandanlage gesäubert und man fühlt sich sehr wohl und zuvorkommend. Die Managerin, Ayça Baydar Kutlutan, gibt einem das Gefühl von Sicherheit und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen, ein gemeinsames Mittagessen mit ihr und ihrer Assistentin Diana, konnten wir uns nicht entgehen lassen :) Herr Metin Simsek der für die Animation zuständig ist, ist total sympathisch und ein witziger Typ, mit ihm kann man sehr gut sich unterhalten und man hat was zum lachen :D Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönem Team, welches wir mit reinstem Gewissen weiter empfehlen :) es war nicht unser letztes Mal 👍
