"Absolutely Gorgeous Resort!!!! Staff was phenomenal! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place!!! Incredible location & Easy drive to anywhere!!!! I will stay here AGAIN!!! Our owner we rented off of was an absolute GEM! Thank You Amy for giving us the opportunity to visit Tennessee in class & style!!! The room we rented was a Beautiful 2 room suite w multiple kitchens!!! Perfect for a family of 6-8. Thank You Again WESTGATE RESORT!!!!"

"Be prepared to drive up the freaking mountain! Had I been given a better description of the location, I wouldn’t have chosen this property, but if you like winding, steep, narrow roads this is for you. "This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. "We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. Thank you!"

"Beautiful, well maintained. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful to us. There were many options for activities on the property, but we didn’t participate as we had plans in the National Park and in Gatlinburg! My only complaint was difficulties in finding the right parking lot to get to our unit. There really aren’t many signs and in darkness it is even more confusing. We would stay here again in the future!!"

"We were upgraded to a stay at Great Smokies Lodge. We had a very nice room considering what we paid and enjoyed a lot of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was a bit further from Gatlinburg than we were planning on but we drove out and spent the day in Gatlinburg one day, and it wasn’t an awful drive. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"

"The condo was perfect and clean. Check in process was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Love the location right in between the sports complex and the strip. We come every year for my son football tournament and hope to stay in this unit again!"

"We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed "

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
