Unit overlooks Downtown Gatlinburg’s Parkway. It has king size bed in master with Garden Tub, and Shower with Private Balcony. Guest Bedroom has (2)Queen size Beds with private Bath. Beautiful stone fireplace along with exquisite furniture accompany the living room with Balcony .Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Keurig Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dishes, Pots and Pans are included . Unit is on 5th floor next to Elevator. Gorgeous Views of Downtown and Mountains, not to mention the Space Needle that is beautifully lit at night. Elevator and stair accessible. Outdoor community Pool/Hot Tub available during permitting seasons. No pets allowed except service animals. Unit is across the street from Ober Gatlinburg. We have a Tower Elevator that will take you down 55’ into the Quality Inn Parking Garage where you have access to wonderful Restaurants and Shopping. Within walking distance to all of Downtown Gatlinburg.Very close proximity to Convention Center, Wax Museum, Cade's Cove, Chair Lift and many other family-friendly attractions, Culligan Filtration Water System. Great location, beautiful condo, excellent experience, super host
The condo is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Everything was as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this host and property. The condo is conveniently located on the National Park end of the strip, close to restaurants and shops.

Home away from home
Communication with owner throughout the process was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better location... Condo is very near everything downtown. Same the condo itself was immaculate and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated even had a Christmas tree. Everything we could possibly need was there and everything worked as it's should. Highly recommend and plan on staying again

Great Location
Location was great for access to the park without having to fight the traffic. We were able to walk to anywhere in Gatlinburg that we wanted to go and tried a few of restaurants suggested by the owner. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, shower worked great, there were plenty of TV channels and there was never a problem finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! A few issues with cleaning, like knife pulled from block had jelly & toast crumbs, towels still in dryer, under the beds where nasty. About the TV, I suggest you get rid of TV service that no one can access with all the remote control’s! Just get a tv that utilizes apps from the internet. TV only needs connection to wi-fi & internet! Save by canceling spectrum tv channels & only use spectrum internet!

Property and condo exactly as described. Great location, clean, and comfortable for relaxing when not busy with all of the activities available in the area. Be sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo, etc. as toiletries provided are limited. Condo includes lots of cookware. If you plan to cook any meals, you'll need to bring or purchase anything you need beyond cookware (e.g., foil, spices other than salt & pepper, etc.). If you like southern cooking and will be spending any time in Pigeon Forge, be sure have a meal at The Old Mill -- this was our best meal out during our visit.

Loved this property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning having our coffee and looking at the mountains. Being able to walk everywhere in town without having to deal with traffic and parking issues was a huge plus. And the condo is gorgeous.

This was our 5th stay at Sarah’s condo and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. In fact, we’ve already booked next year. You can’t go wrong with this condo. The location can’t be beat and Sarah is a delight! He communication is prompt and efficient when you contact her, but otherwise, she leaves you alone to enjoy your vacation, The ceiling fans on the porches made for a nice surprise and allowed us to enjoy the porches even more than usual. Thank you as always Sarah. We can’t wait to come back to your beautiful condo!

We had a great stay at this property! It was right in the middle of everything and right around the corner from the conference center where my daughter had her dance competition. It had everything you needed and more. It was the perfect home away from home. It even had a back way up instead of walking the hill you could take and elevator up. 💕

This place will be go to place from this point on. Other than the steep walk in its absolutely perfect. And there is an elevator nearby to fix the walk up. Very clean very comfortable. I am glad i found this place. We travel to the area 2 or 3 times a year and now ill plan my trips around the condos availability. Thanks for a great place.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with necessary items. Access to the main street was a bit complicated due to one of us being in a wheel chair. The only other problem was towels and wash cloths. They were in short supply and due to the concerts we were attending we did not have time to wash them. Overall a very pleasant stay.
