“The staff were very welcoming straight from when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice, with a really nice restaurant, the Hudson attached to the hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated making it comfortable and modern. The location was brilliant with easy walking to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. ”

“Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.”

“The only thing we didn't like was our room,it was absolutely roasting even with the heating off and a fan on. We also had to sleep with no covers on it was so warm. Otherwise we have no complaints,the weekend was brilliant and hotel not far from metro station (west jesmond)”

“- Room was great - Staff were great - Breakfast was decent enough. Cooked food could have been better, but it was sufficient. - Gym was ok, but the pool area wasn't the best. Changing room was dirty, pool was a bit merky and the sauna wasn't very hot. Overall, it was decent for the £95 we paid for b&b for the night for 3 people. Would go again, just not into the pool.”

“This was only an overnight stay, but bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean, efficient shower. Had tea/coffee in the room. Had an evening meal, limited menu but it was well cooked and a reasonable price, same for the breakfast. Entrance road needs a bit of repair.”
