This time I chose Hampton Inn as my destination to visit with my young grandchildren and my daughter and have a pool for us to enjoy and the waffles and breakfast in the mornings a plus! I have stayed at Hampton Inns that are bigger, remodeled, upgraded but it was the staff at this Hampton Inn that made our stay extra nice! "The lobby of the hotel seems smaller than other Holiday Inn Express' I have been to previously, and some of the furniture was visibly dingy/dirty, but it was fairly nice. Breakfast selection was good: bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, plus the normal continental options like yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, etc. Our room was missing a lampshade but was very clean and comfortable, which is what really matters! "Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast."
