"We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows...

"We were thrilled with the Mama Dear house. It is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated and renovated. A large entry way opens up to a huge family room on your right and dining room on the left that leads to a kitchen with top of the line appliances, and china, utensils silver. Off the family room a sitting area and off dining room a bar and coffee station. And there is a pool. Finally the pool and location are the cherry on top."

"Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!"

"This property was located on the beach. The location is 10/10. It’s a short drive to restaurants, grocery etc. we were a family of 5 and rented a golf cart to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids had fun in the pool & beach. Adults enjoyed the BBQ grill and lounge area. The kitchen is stocked with every utensils/ tool you can imagine. Definitely a good rental for a cook or family looking to cook every day. "

"Can’t beat this location, home and pool on Boca Grande. Just perfect! Owner very responsive to messages. Home well supplied too. Loft for parents and two other bedrooms for kids worked great. Updated bathrooms are very nice. Would love to stay here again!"
