“The Big House was a great place to stay for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for playing games and sitting around talking. Comfortable furniture. Close to the water. The host responded to my questions in a timely manner and adjusting the heating as needed.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and well-stocked, with activities for the kids and plenty of beds and bathrooms. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host took care of it quickly and with minimal disruption. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“Great location. The Adventure park and town close. The house and property met our needs. The grill was not working but they sent someone to service within 20 minutes and saved our family meal. Pool facility was nice. The only thing is you need to understand that the heater only does the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, so you just need to take a look at the schedule that is posted. Kitchen great with everything.”

“Pros: Our stay was great and the house was very accommodating to our needs and a short drive to Beaver Mountain. Great view of Bear Lake from the deck. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very cozy, the furniture was new and very comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We did not have to do a ton of work when checking out, like some rentals. The bathrooms were orderly and very clean. Cons: The cookware could be improved upon. There were only a few pans and pots and they were very……

“We had such a lovely stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of dish soap and dishwashing detergent as well as laundry soap. There was an abundant amount of towels. Everything felt clean. The pool table and other game tables were a hit. We were grateful for the comfort and the community the home provided.”

“Love this lodge the kitchen has everything you need and more. everyone is always entertained with the gym and pool. we stay there for a youth retreat and we go to beaver mountain for a ski day but it is great to come back to a very comfortable place!”

“We had a great time! Plenty of games, toys and space for the kids (ages 5-16). The adults had enough rooms and places to play also. 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large downstairs family room with ping pong, air hockey, TV and WII. Awesome fire pit out back. Close enough to the basketball, tennis courts and hot tub that the kids could walk. Lots of parking. Less than a 10 minute drive to Pickleville Playhouse. Great communication with the host! We would definitely stay here again!”

Jake was available and very responsive to questions, and he went above and beyond to try to accommodate things outside of his control due to the weather. A must stay if you are in the area.”
