"This is now our favorite place to stay! We've been coming to Bear Lake for the past 30 years, and have gone from owning a place to now renting. We downsized when we became empty nesters. "Nice place with plenty of room for my adult and teen children to spend over the 4th of July. It's placed close to all the shops and places to eat in Garden City. Maybe one small thing and then something for the owners to look at. Family mentioned the decor was a bit dated and had a Christmas theme in the living room. While the view was absolutely fantastic, it was hard to get on the balcony with all the wasps that would hover around there in the afternoon. All in all, we would look to stay here...

"The property has been newly remodeled and was very clean and well kept. Great location with large grassy area for lawn games and easy access to the pool and beach."
