"Absolutely exceptional stay here!
My wife & I couldn’t be happier with the service from the team here at Benbow Historic Inn. Down to earth people where you’re greeted with a smile and a kind greeting.
11/10, when we travel America again for the redwoods, we will definitely be staying here for a 2nd time. Thank you!
Cheers,
Jacob & Paige. "

"Loved the antique feeling of the place. Staff no where to be found, pool closed, away from property area pretty nice. Only one restaurant within walking distance. Said to be hunted, didn't experience any supernatural people.but nice and quiet for both of us. Would recommend if you can do with out the service personnel."

"My second stay at Holiday Inn Express at Arcata was much like my first. Exceptional! The only minor complaint was the cleaning of the sheet metal roof during the day. It’s a petty complaint as it’s routine maintenance that needs to be done. It does not detract from my stay and experience in Arcata!! Hopefully they don’t get any negative reviews because of the work. "

"The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. I enjoy walking to the river in the mornings to drink my coffee. There aren't many options to stay in Fortuna, but this is my choice every time."
