the room was nothing like the website said. I requested 2 queen beds and the room had 2 full size beds. The toilet almost ran over had to get a plunger from the front desk. The keys they gave us only worked sometime. We got locked out the first nite and they had to call Maintenance to let us in. And we had to pay 15 dollars a nite to park. Will never book this hotel again or suggest it to anyone I know.

Not enough parking. Was not able to get fresh towels. We stayed for 3 days and had use the same 2 towels. Had to switch rooms because the AC was too loud. Continental Breakfast was only good thing about this hotel.

You get what you paid for. The room was fine and clean but the doors are very hard to open and close. The pool and breakfast were very nice. The service at the front desk is very nice but way short staffed. Took nearly 45 minutes to check in. On third day my key didn't work and one person at front desk and took nearly an hour just to get back into my room. Went for extra towels and they had none. Housekeeping was phenomenal. She stopped by an asked if we needed anything after checking in and was extremely helpful with questions. Lovely person. Overall if you want a clean cheap place to stay steps across from the beach this place will do just don't expect too much.

Spent the night there, And when it came time to dine All we found were Bars. The nearest Family style restaurant No Parking. And the lighting in the area Was too dark. The next day The weather What is worsening And hell was predicted Rough. Re-elected To depart early, When I inquire at the office They said they do not do refunds, Due to we had paid in advance. The staff said we had to talk to experia, Add xperia Said we had to deal with the hotel. As far as The room condition, Ceiling with stains Like there was a leak At one time. We were sadly disappointed. l

We had to move rooms 3 times. Broken tv, no a/c, unwashed dirty sheets with an earring in them, door that wouldn't lock, water wouldn't shut off in the bathroom. This is the worst hotwl Ive ever stayed in Galveston. 0 stars
