Entire Home Vacation Rental, 1 Bed, 2 Bath, 4 Person Occupancy 
This adorable, recently remodeled and refurnished, 1 bedroom/2 full bath townhome is ready to welcome and embrace you any time of the year! Situated with seasonal views of the North Golf Course, and just a short distance from the driving range makes it a great choice for golfers... it's charm and central location make it an ideal choice for everyone! The lower floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room lounge with large Smart TV (featuring Roku, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+) and rustic wood burning fireplace. Exit the sliding door and enjoy nature at its finest. The back deck has a gas grill, and table and chair set to savor some alfresco dining or dark sky star gazing. On the upper level, as you pass the landing area, you will find the bedroom with heavenly king sized bed and private full bath. A second Smart TV (with the same options as the lower level TV) is featured in the bedroom as well. As a fabulous bonus, our guests will have access to a second pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests of this town home group. 

Dog Policy
We allow two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Breed restrictions do apply. If your dog will be accompanying you, please let us know. We kindly ask that he/she be kenneled any time left alone in the townhome. Please responsibly dispose of your dog's waste on all walks and at all times. There is a one time charge of $75 (per dog) for your pet's stay, and in addition, you will be charged for any damage that may be caused by your pet.

Our guests have full complimentary access to the Galena Territory Owners' Club and all the amenities it offers such as indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center/workout facility, large game room, gym, tennis, basketball, pickle ball courts and more.

Loved the updated style… plenty of towels… for 2 people, it was just enough space. Would book in the future, but for what we use the villa for, to many steps from parking to the front entrance. Overall, it was great!

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I visited Galena for a weekend to celebrate our fifth anniversary. The VRBO was the perfect size for what we needed it to be. Amenities were as described and it was a quiet, peaceful part of the Eagle Ridge territory. We recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy visit to the area.

My wife and I have stayed in Galena many times now, including numerous townhomes in Galena territory. This is far and away the best. Great setup, great communication, and everything you'll need. Including clips for bags in the kitchen, which somehow isn't thought of at most VRBOs. Wood burning fire place too for winter!

We had a veey nice time, the house was clean and we had no problem getting in and out of the neighborhood. I recommend bringing your own firewood if possible, we had a little rain and the wood outside of the house was wet and had a hornet nest inside as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. It was clean and beautifully decorated and well equipped. We were very happy with the accommodations. Note: you need to be able to do stairs to stay here. There are stairs from the parking lot down to the entry door, stairs up to the bedroom and stairs down to the kitchen/living area. Not a deterrent but good to know.

Quiet restful stay
We wanted to visit Galena, the stores/shops, plus the various restaurants, nearby casino. Good place as a basecamp. Just be aware there are two sets of stairs to go between bedroom, and the kitchen (we're mid-60's) so keep that in mind. Very well cleaned coming in. Attentive, responsive management staff.
