"Great location within walking distance of the market, restaurant and activities. The house was a great size for 4 of us with the dog. Downside was the stairs and trying to haul luggage upstairs but we made it work. The management team made it easy to reach them with questions and the house was well stocked with household supplies. Parking is tough and limited on the street for unloading the car - parking garage was included with the rental and is a couple of streets over. If you are traveling...

"Very cool place to stay. Near waterfront and market. Friendly, helpful staff. As we were leaving, we mentioned that we were going to Folly Beach. We were told that they have a sister property in Folly Beach and that we could use their pool, beach, parking. We did that and they were so friendly and helpful at Tides too."

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
