We were issued a room that had no bedding and was not clean, the next room they gave us had no pillow cases and the pillows were stained yellow and had mascara stains on them. The bathroom has long hair all over and if you got out of the shower to go into front room your feet got real dirty so i can only assume that the floors were not cleaned. The coffe holder had drops of coffe on it.

Comfortable bed and good price point. Inconsistencies from nice/soft towels to worn out and torn. Shower set-up should be easier—when you have to provide instructions for showering there’s a problem!! Television way too difficult to find good viewing options! Key cards only worked for one of our two night stay. Overall, improved from our prior stay years ago.

Our room was pretty dirty. Towels were really old, stained and dirty and ratted at the ends. The back door didn’t open with a key. Our room had the smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag and it definitely smelled like someone had been smoking. And it wasn’t us. Kinda a bad place to stay.

Decent hotel, but had a few issues
Went to the hotel for purposes of going to the hospital refrigerator did not work. The dispenser for shampoo was empty. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is because the chair had an ottoman in case I needed to sleep in the chair was told none of the rooms had the Ottoman so the picture was deceiving.

I want to say 4 stars but 2 it is.
I was disappointed to learn that the king suite I reserved was upstairs. I specifically asked for a 1st floor room because this hotel doesn’t have a hotel. I reserved this room with enough time that I should have been notified. The hotel and room were clean and it smelled good. The room had some minor issues. A loose toilet seat and the bathroom door was coming apart at the corner of the door causing it to stick and making a loud noise. Breakfast leaves the stomach wanting more. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we stay here for the pricing and location.
