"Nice and peaceful pet friendly home away from home. Best get-away from a fast -paced world. Complete with linens, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. There was also a convenient grill for dinner. "Everything was better than expected from the cottage to the weather. We had our Golden Retriever with us there were two beautiful beaches there we could take her off leash and let her swim, one worth checking out is Butterville Park/Beach about 15-20 minutes away. Everything we needed was within 20 minutes of the cottage. John was a great host and answered any questions we had. We hope to get back again soon."

"We loved the close proximity to the beach. Food establishments were walking distance (if you don't mind getting exercise). The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the chairs out front daily! Thanks for a great stay!"

"This place is exactly what is listed! Small, cozy and private. Located centrally in Idlewild, it was the perfect distance from everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the utensils! It was a beautiful view to wake up to. All of my questions were answered promptly by the owner, before arriving. One of the best stays I've had away from home! The hosts were great to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!"

Was able to cook and make waffles in the morning mix was supplied! How thoughtful of our host. Loved the stat just blocks from Hamlin Jake where we rented a boat to fish. So enjoyed hated to leave. We didn’t spend a lot of time by the water as we had a pup in recovery from surgery, but we did walk down a couple of times and it looked like it was set up for a lot of different water activities.
