"Very courteous staff. Fantastic location. Rooms were very roomy. We had such a nice time at this hotel. We would always stay at this hotel if returning to Frankfurt. "
"Very clean and very nice -loved that it had a shuttle to the airport ! Front desk help was awesome -can’t remember her name but she was from Ireland 🙂"
"This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there . "
