It was quiet and conveniently located a short drive to Disney and close to many stores and restaurants and gas stations. Great water pressure in shower. Only a few outlets. No extra fees upon arrival. Only concern was the owner telling us that our rooms would not be cleaned the duration of our stay unless we asked for them to do so which is how we wanted. However, housekeeping knocked every morning and even went in the room while we were not there. "
