The management team was rude each time I had to interact with one of them. Two men one younger at night and the older gentleman during the day and the older woman in the afternoon. Just short and very unfriendly. Not welcoming in anyway. The older house cleaning lady was very nice kind and friendly.

The room was clean and neat. The was below confortable. Somewhat hard. Notice the sitting chair to watch TV was very worn, blotches of vinyl were missing. Staff were very very hard to communicate with.

I didn't see anything good about this hotel!!!! I sure didn't like the rudeness of the people who work there. My experience with the hotel was very bad and if I could have I would have changed my reservation to some other place . Service was poor and the people were just rude !!!!; Never going back again

The absolute worst customer service ever. The smell is unheard of and they said no smoking but there hallways smelled like I walked into a weed farm. They tried to charge me an additional fee to stay in a room that I was already in! Just overall a horrible experience

It was a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in to my room the smell of cigarettes was super strong. There were ants and bugs everywhere and the toilet did not work.
