"We really did enjoy our stay here. They had a great breakfast selection, definitely something for everyone. The small pool was perfect for our kids. The beach is very close, and beautiful. The only complaint I have is I paid a certain amount for a view of the water, however my room faced another building. I didn't say anything to the very friendly women at the front desk, because they let me check in about an hour early."

"When we arrived I couldn’t figure out the buttons on the elevator and thought it was broken. The nice lady, I did not catch her name was a huge help and even rode the elevator with us to make sure we knew how to work it. You couldn’t just push the floor button and the doors closed. Very nice lady and there was a maintenance gentleman that was a big help also. Only negative is..we wished they offered continental breakfast😢"

"Hotel is updated with clean/big rooms. Cons: shower needs attention and AC was so loud that we couldn’t use it as needed. "

"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

"We get that this is a houseboat and the idea of it was fun, but this place needs a full clean down….lots of mold around the windows and on the deck, had a very musty odor! "
