A real Gem on the Emerald Coast! This spacious one bedroom is truly steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor condo located directly on the beach. No elevator or stairs. Direct, private access makes getting back and forth from the beach a breeze. No planning your bathroom or lunch breaks because you are so close. Tiki Beach is a small. cozy complex with lots of privacy. Our guests will have two dedicated parking spaces with private keyless entry/exit into the condo. This condo has a fully stocked and updated kitchen, new flooring, stackable washer/dryer, new king bed, and sleeper sofa. Cable and WiFi that allows for sign-in to streaming services. Walk out the back door and your toes are in the sand! Freshly painted and new flooring as of December 2022.

I love this property! My husband and I enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway. The owners invested in all the right places for their vacation home: walk right onto the beach, comfy furniture, updated kitchen, nice TV and bed! Couldn't be easier to park, walk right in and get settled. We also enjoyed Ft. Walton. We will definitely be staying here again!

A most pleasant stay!
What can I say? My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean - my wife was happy and she cleans upper upper class homes for a living. The Satterlees were very pleasant to deal with and made things very easy for us. Have stayed at many places on Fort Walton beach but this is probably my favorite. The only burr in my saddle was a neighbor's little dog that barked and howled a lot. Not the Satterlees fault for sure. Still, was an enjoyable trip and the accomodations and location made it all the more so. We will be back.

Everything was as described in the listing. Beach access was as easy as it gets. Literally 6 steps and you hit the sand from the patio. Plenty of restaurants are close by but the kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook. Couldn’t have asked for more in a rental property!

Perfect spot for our anniversary trip!
We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary trip. We’ve stayed on Okaloosa Island several times, but always with our kids. This time it was just the two of us and this was the perfect spot. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. Lots of little touches such as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen made for a perfect stay. After reading other reviews, we brought a small tote we filled with water to rinse off our feet on the patio and it was perfect! Being so close to the beach meant less stuff to lug back and forth. The lack of view from inside was completely made up for by being literal steps away from the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be back!

Small slice of paradise
Great little stay steps away from the beach and many other amenities nearby. Included were dishwasher, washing/dryer machine and some laundry/bath supplies to get us through the weekend. My only suggestion to make this great place perfect would be to upgrade rear sliding door/screen and shore up some loose bricks on the rear patio. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Perfect Getaway
This is my second stay in this unit and we will definitely stay with Aaron & Jill again. I absolutely love being able to walk right out onto the beach at any time of the day or night. This is the perfect unit for a couple. The unit is exactly as described, it has everything you will need for a short stay at the beach.

Exceptionally well appointed and right on the beach!
Jill was a great owner.Even though the view as in most ground floor units was limited. The ease and convenience of being on the first floor more than made up for it. No dragging up groceries and luggage upstairs. Going back and forth to the beach was super easy.

Looking forward to staying again
This property was perfect for a beach getaway for my husband and I . I think I’m pretty picky about the places we stay and I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place ! Super clean , bed was comfy, furniture comfy , kitchen was well stocked for making meals if you choose yo do so, the view was amazing , very short walk to ocean. I had a couple questions upon arrival and was able to get a hold of Jill quickly. We will definitely be staying here again ! Thanks Jill for everything !

We have stayed at tiki beach for about 8 or 9 times . Different units , all bottom floors ( I like walking straight on to the beach ) you can’t see the water much bc of the sand dunes . But that doesn’t bother me . I love tiki beach . It’s clean and has plenty of room for we need ! I would definitely recommend this unit.

I hate to write a positive review because this condo is a gem and I want to book again. Hosts communication was stellar. If I sent a text, there was a response within five minutes. The condo was exactly as listed. It was clean. No damp beach smell or any other offensive odors. I was impressed that there was no sand left on the floor (big pet peeve). Extra blankets and pillows were provided along with the other amenities that were listed. The condo was steps from the beach so hauling fishing gear was no problem. There is a dehumidifier in the living room. Make sure to empty it during your stay. It made a big difference and kept the condo nice and cool. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this one was by far the best. I suggest bringing extra wash cloths, and take a bucket. There is a outside hose to rinse off but you have to walk through sandy areas to get to the back door. We filled a bucket with water so that we could dip our toes in to make sure we weren’t tracking sand inside.

So Comfortable and Relaxing: Can't wait to Return
Everything about this charming property was absolutely great. The pictures of the property are exactly as they looked and were described. Also communication with Aaron was great. Aaron and Jill have no doubt have gone to great effort and detail to make this a very comfortable place to relax in. We have stayed in several beachside units before, this was absolutely the best experience we have had. The layout of the unit, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and the extra's for the beach was amazing. Many units we have stayed in have had washers and dryers in them, here Jill and Aaron even provided a few detergent pods for you. Again, the detail and care they have was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean. Closet storage was very good. We found that this was a very well cared for and managed property. The details in the decorations added to the comfortability. Access to the property and parking was easy and convenient. The location was perfect for us to travel out to other venues and it was a quiet area. Really, this is hard to describe just how comfortable the property was, I could not think of one thing to add to improve it. They thought of everything, this is a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Access to the beach and the large amounts of extras that Aaron and Jill have provided for the beach was so much appreciated. We will be planning on a return trip for sure.

AMAZING!!!
Don’t hesitate - book it now! This rental is AMAZING! Private beach access with all the comfort of home. We throughly enjoyed being able to wake up early and get to walk on the beach to enjoy the sunrise. We spotted fish, rays as well as dolphins on our early morning adventures. And let’s not forget about the sunsets - absolutely stunning! So blessed to be able to see the moon (it was full while we were there) on one side reflecting off the water and the gorgeous sunset on the other. Condo is very clean and the bed is comfy! Reserved parking spot right in front of the unit! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys provided in the box on the patio to use during your stay. And, if you’re so inclined, you can walk to the pier, restaurants and Gulfarium on the beach from the rental. This rental was perfect for our beach trip! The owners are very responsive via text or phone. Thank you Jill and Aaron for a fantastic beach trip! We will be back!
