"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

"Loved how much room, the yard /pool area was very nice. Beds we’re comfortable over all very very nice place. The only downfall was the house was so big and ran on ac units and how hot it was outside the acs really couldn’t keep up and was a little warm the whole time."

"The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! There are enough bedrooms to accommodate an extended family- grown children and grandkids, allowing private space with open living areas for gathering. A short walk to the beach entry, but be ready for a trek on the dune path. This section of the beach is fairly private, not nearly as crowded as the section further north. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and pool, including lots of beach towels. Check in and check out were...

"The house has a lovely view of Indian River - we enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch watching the sunrise. The house is very spacious and comfortable and along with the guest house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and bottled water were provided. Fort Pierce was an easy 20 min ride. We were attending a wedding and the house was perfect for out of town family to spend an afternoon together. The high speed rail runs behind the house so there is the occasional train...
