90 days or more notice - we will return 90% regardless of whether we get another booking.

60 days notice - we will return 50% unless we get another booking for the same time frame in which we would then return 85%.

30 days notice - we will return 25% unless we get another booking for the same time frame in which we would then return 80%.

Less than 30 day notice - 0% unless we get another booking for the same time frame then we would return 75%.

April through July - we will return 100% with a 60 day notice and 80% with a 30 day notice.

Other Fees -

There is a $250 fee to transfer the Landings privileges (golf, tennis, fitness, kayaking and restaurant access)

There is a $100 fee for the Ariel application and a background check

There is a sales tax for rentals of less than 184 days collected and remitted by VRBO
