Wonderful hotel. Thank you to Steve and David who helped with my luggage to Glenny at check-in and Kellye in the spa -everyone was so nice and helpful.

It’s not as glamorous as I’m used to when o stay at Ritz. Club food is worse than McDonalds. Horrible food options.

Amazing experience. Staff was perfect. Giselle poolside was AWESOME! Rodney was terrible, but Giselle made up for it. Would def. Visit again!!
