Need to stay somewhere for the night after my flight got rescheduled. Only a mile away from the airport. Only ever one person manning the desk, so check in can be a bit of a wait, but otherwise, a lovely, clean, spacious hotel. I especially like how high up the beds are off the ground, very luxurious. Appreciated the shuttle for the ride back to the airport. Overall, no real complaints. Would but here if I find myself in Fort Lauderdale.

I have not ever stayed in a hotel on any business trip I’ve been on have a hold on my deposit for almost a month now. Every time I call to speak with the manager the rude representatives either disconnect or just tell me to keep calling back. I have left several voice messages on managers machine and not once has he returned a phone call. I spent good money and I didn’t leave the room any kind of way for my deposit to still be held in pending status.

It was conveniently located in a quiet area but near the Enterprise rental car office and drop-off location. In addition, one had a parking garage to use as an option if needed. The airport and or port shuttle service was an additional advantage and convenience available. The restaurant and bar also were excellent. We will stay here again if we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving in a cruise the next day. Pick up at airport was quick, check in was easy and there was a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. They also had a shuttle to the port.

The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is the buffet breakfast at Kiki’s Restaurant. There were flies/gnats all over the pastries and breads in the container and there was very little choice in foods. To charge $19.99 per person for a buffet that isn’t well stocked or clean is absurd. I can see charging 13.99 per person, but 19.99 is way too overpriced for the cleanliness, quality, and choices.

The reception area of the hotel - clean and smells lovely. Room - spacious & quiet. Pool area - relaxing with a nice view. TV in the room - outdated & difficult to hear, even at high volume. No housekeeping - the dirty towels and unmade bed I left in the morning met me when I returned at night. The manager, "Walter" - appeared not too happy about Expedia guests. Walk-ins at regular rates may have been more welcomed?

Good hotel, close to the airport. We arrived late so there were not many dining options close by. Staff was nice, the room was fine. Not in the best area. We would stay again if in the area.

Not with in walking distance of much. Not close to the beach. Food served was very expensive and not much variety. Shuttle not reliable. Seemed short staffed. Place was clean. Room was good. Beds were comfortable. Not much of a view.

Staff was on the phone with other customers while checking us in, and the phone kept ringing. We were barely greeted. We felt like just a number. They really need more staff. The area is not walkable. No restaurant or attractions near. On the plus side the shuttle service is nice. The room, bed and shower are great! You have to hold down the toilet for a long time to flush

Night desk person was excellent for check in, very polite and friendly however the person during checkout seemed to be bothered by every request I had including changing the shuttle time from 3:00 to 2:00 and asking to put my bags in the bag room which I did myself anyways. We waited in the lobby from 1:45-2:25 for the 2:00 van and then the van driver said he left at 1:55 and no one was in the lobby, so basically just lied to my face, pretty disappointing experience.

Four stars isn't what it used to be. More comfort in a barracks. No amenities. Horrid lighting, like a surgery. OK breakfast if it's free.

We booked this hotel because the website indicated free shuttle to the airport. However, the hotel only offers a complimentary shuttle HOURLY and based on AVAILABILITY. We checked in early and was told there is no shuttle available to the airport for us as indicated in on the website. The staff was not pleasant or welcoming. No apologies for not having room on the shuttle. Just it’s full. As a HPG member I am highly disappointed. We booked this hotel based on the complimentary shuttle to airport. We leave 5 am and their shuttle is booked for that time. And even though it’s only a 10-15 drive they only go each hour. I think the hotel should provide us with taxi service since it advertises complimentary shuttle to the airport. It doesn’t say based on availability.

Check in was a little hectic, but we did come in early and there were several people coming in early and others checking out for cruise ships. They will take your number and hold your bags and give you a call when a room is available. We only stayed 1 night and didn’t check out any of the amenities. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle will go to the airport every hour on the hour, with a request of you to be in the lobby 15 min prior.
