The property is conveniently located to a nice beach, restaurants and bars and is quaint. Noticed the bathroom was still dirty after house keeping had cleaned. Sometimes there is someone in the office to check you in, sometimes there is not.

Seaside Villas was a beautiful home away from home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea, just off of the main street. Given its location, it was still quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool and courtyard provided an idyllic oasis to kick back and soak in the sun. Definitely recommend it and we hope to return soon.

We loved this place. My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was fantastic. The place was easy to get to, very clean and sufficient for all of our needs. The staff was amazing and responsive even when conacted late at night. We would dfeinitly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Seaside Villas. To start, the properties are fresh off a complete renovation and everything was new. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is unbeatable... just a few hundred feet to the main drag of Lauderdale by the Sea, and another 100 feet to the beach! Convenient free parking in front, a nice little pool to relax in. The restaurant and shop choices withing walking distance are excellent and can cover all your needs. This was the most relaxing and calming vacation we've been on in a long time.

Stayed the 2nd time. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Such a quaint hotel. We really enjoyed everything about it!! Everyone was so pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean and it was walking distance to all the nearby restaurants! Already booked it again for May.

The property couldn’t have been nicer. The room was great the location was perfect. Very close to bars and restaurants. All walkable like 1to2 minutes. Same with the beach maybe a two minute walk. The place had several little courtyards perfect for morning coffee and there were two 2nd floor decks for a higher perspective. Absolutely no negatives from my stay.
