"Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels."

"We enjoyed being so close to the beach for a reasonable price. The 2nd floor unit gave us a nice angled view of the sunrise over the water. We liked being away from the crowds, but yet close enough to easily get to the action. We would recommend this place to others who are looking for what is described above."

"Very nice apartment, TV in master bedroom was sporadic on video, comes and goes. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator. No problem for us but could be for people having difficulty with steps, especially if you have a heavy suitcase. Well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful lagoon, just steps from the beach."

"I stayed here with my wife and two 1 year old boys for a long weekend. The two bedroom/two bathroom set up was perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach BUT the beach is not necessarily what most would think of as a nice, relaxing beach, especially during low tide in the morning. The water at low tide was super far out and it was more just rocks/sand/mud without much of an area to layout your belongings. We ended up going down to Islanders Beach Park (Folley Field Beach also works) which is about a 10 minute drive down the road. Much better beach options. The only other negatives were the lack of basic amenities within the condo. There were coffee machines but no filters (you can also bring Keurig pods) and while there were plenty of utensils/pots/pans, there wasn't any salt/pepper/oils, etc....so make sure you bring absolutely everything you need ingredient wise. Also, extra trash bags would have been nice, and the 10 digit entry code is a little ridiculous. But the place was very clean and well laid out, and both pools are extremely nice as well!"
