“My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!”

“The Carriage House was a dream come true. Beautifully appointed, extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed and perfectly located for day trips around Ontario and into NY. The outside property is beautifully landscaped as well. Our hosts were awesome and provided recommendations for everything from places to eat to pet sitting services. A definite WIN!”

“Very happy with the stay. We were there for a hockey tournament in Niagara. The property gave us lots of space for socializing together. The hot tub and pool were great. Ally even opened the pool early for us. Only thing that would have been better, there is a camera set up in the back yard, so was hard to feel totally comfortable as a private stay. Thanks for hosting us!”

“This is the cutest wee animal sanctuary. Place was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was immediate and excellent. It is a bit rustic, but for me, i was very happy. Highly recommend and if we come back to the area definitely staying here. Close to everything. Niagra falls, niagra on the lake, Weiland locks, tulip farm all within 20- 30 min.”

“Was the perfect place to stay and collect my thoughts. Centrally located, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Everything I needed and more. Owners were especially nice and very accommodating. Loved it.”

“The location was good. Walking distance to the arcade, food trucks, convenience store, tennis courts, water park etc.. Beaches were nearby, and clean. However, the cottage was quite dirty. Past guests left food in the oven, chips in between bowls inside the cupboard, floors were sticky, tub drain had hair and slime, small pet hairs were on the mattresses and sofa, BBQ was dirty. Much of our first evening was spent cleaning and disinfecting the place. The owner was in communication with me the……

“Very nice home. Beautiful location on the beach. Great games room. Owner was very attentive when we contacted him. Kitchen gas stove is a little old, but works. Soap and shampoo provided in all bathrooms. You’ll need to bring a hairdryer. A warning for those with young children, or those who may over indulge, the deck railing is really low. All in all a very nice place.”
