“Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff, told us about free parking spots in front of hotel. Room was updated and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Waterpark was perfect for small children and families. Steps away from Charles Schwab Stadium. Would staff here again. ”

“A very nice breakfast buffet. Staff was accommodating and goddess what we needed as far as extra sheets and towels. No hot tub but nice pool. The snacks during the happy hour were just average. No hot food. The best part was that the old market neighborhood is right across the street and full of great shops and restaurants. ”

“For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. It was a bit loud at night and I was very unhappy with the parking situation. You pay 15$ a day to park, and hope there is a spot available to park in. Not good business!”

“The room was clean, the stairs to get to the second floor hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The breakfast was decent. There was no wifi due to a lightening strike. And the clothes washer was not available. ”

“Stay was great! Only complaint was our room was not cleaned however we only stayed two nights so not a big deal. Room was exactly as pictured and easy to reach location.”

“The room was well thought out, spacious, comfortable, and clean with a nice kitchen including a full size refrigerator. The exercise room had two treadmills, two ellipticals, a bike or two, weight machine and free weights. Some entrees at breakfast were exceptional and the outside patio was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.”
