Food was great but room services had no salt or pepper for the eggs... rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. Loved the decor. 3 mile radius free transport needs some work, our driver did not know how to read a GPS. We gave directions. He was extremely nice. All together loved it and will be back. Would give it 4.5 "

"Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. "

My flight landed at 10pm - still no email, then I called via the hotels.com app. Got connected to overseas call center, difficult to understand. "Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issue was checking in. We were supposed to have suite. Ended up with 2 adjoining rooms. We prepaid but were still charged for one room. Did receive a refund the next morning. Otherwise everything was great."
