“Incredibly inviting in every way. Attention to even the tiniest details of needs for a relaxing stay. Janell was prompt and timely for any necessary communication. “My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very cute town. The houseboat is clean and updated. Has everything for cooking meals in too. The bed is very comfortable. Our favorite place was the top deck. We sat up there every evening to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Mallory was always responsive to messages and made a great video to show how to find the houseboat and use everything inside. It was a unique experience……

“I spent a month on the houseboat called “Salty Dog”. I had my 20 lb puppy, Tilly with me and a friend who is a professional pet sitter came and joined us a few times. Two things really impressed me. 1., the boat was superbly equipped as if ready for a long range voyage and 2. The neighbors were all Salties - creative, fun, and helpful. Proximity to everything from a grocery store , laundry and to a pub and a bunch of great local restaurants all within walking distance was great. Parking was easy……

“This is our second stay at this home. It was already great, but since then there have been several upgrades to make the space even more modern and comfortable. Somehow the owner managed to make the house unique but also feel like home. The floating home has more amenities than I'm even used to, and all questions I had were answered swiftly and professionally.”

“Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return.”
