"House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with."

"This was a great place to stay. The check in was good, the communication with the owners was good, the place was very clean, and the beds and pillows were amazing. Any issues that arose were dealt with speedily. You will not regret renting this place. It was so convenient to the city, Boone Hall and Patriots Point. It was a great stay."

"The place was pristine and decorated beautifully. It had everything we could want. Perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The owners even dropped off two beach towels for us to use. We were happy they also had beach chairs. The only thing we could have used was a beach umbrella. Would highly recommend this if place."

The steps - inside and outside - are legit steep, and the bedroom above is truly in the trees - you’ll hear birds all morning long. A quiet residential street and outdoor porch are a bonus.
