"Lovely place to stay with great service. We arrived by car, and Sofia prearranged our garage entrance and also called an hour ahead so the car was ready for us. Sofia also helped us make a reservation to a restaurant that was fully booked. The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Breakfast at a cafe downstairs was also really good with eggs/bacon options. The location was great, we did not hear the club downstairs, as mentioned by other reviews."

"The only thing about I complain is that they don’t tell you that u have to ho to the hotel To go get the keys for ur B&B and they only give you one key so once you leave the room r r gets shout down and the Ac takes a while to cool but besides that the room is tiny but clean bed is comfy shower is cute no shower door but it’s ok . "It's at the heart of the city with clean rooms and facilities. The only thing that bothered me were the loud music from the Hardrock cafe during the early evening time. Other than that the hotel was amazing."

"Next to the train station so that’s a huge plus. Access to taxi is awesome. Could be cleaner for the price but staff was super accommodating so it made up for the other things that needed improvement. "

"Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!"
