"This place is so quiet and quaint. It's a short walk across the street to a private beach area. The hospitality of Dex and Colton was amazing and they were incredibly helpful for all of our questions and needs. I cannot have gluten and they always had a gluten free breakfast option that I really appreciated as some places don't offer this. I highly recommend staying here if you want relaxation and a cozy atmosphere. "

"We had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Flagler Beach did not disappoint and neither did our accommodations. Very close beach access, so many restaurants, and beautiful sunrises from the deck. We rode our bikes all over. Our host was so accommodating, wonderful little touches, everything we would need, and quick to respond to questions. We will most definitely book this house again!"

"We had a great time on spring break enjoying the quiet beach, pickleball/tennis court, running along the beach and laid back setting of Flagler Beach. This place was great for our family of six with plenty of space and plenty to do. The owner was very responsive and ensured everything went smoothly."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in was no issue and the management was company was easy to reach. Both door handles and locks on the two ground floor doors are in such bad shape they need to be completely replaced. I had to use a screwdriver just to temporarily keep the back door closed and locked. I let management know and so hopefully this will get fixed. Place was otherwise clean and the kitchen had every utensil, dish, spice etc you could need."

"The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...

"I rented properties for the past 11 years and usually stay 1 to 3 months at the properties. This was the first time there was no gas in the grill and I was told I had to supply the propane??? I’m not sure this grill is functional since I had to reinstall heat shields on burners. Unacceptable!!!!! The grill should be functional at the start!!!!! Property management should take down the picture of the grill 😡 or make sure it’s working!!!!!"
