“Beach access and the pool”

“We liked the location of the property and the beautiful, spacious lobby. We loved the pool. It was never overly crowded, it was very comfortable, and it was easy to get to the beach from the pool area. The view of the ocean from my room was beautiful. Housekeeping could have been better. It took a long time to get towels to the room or have garbage taken away. The mirrors in my room were not clean and the sheets had stains on them when we arrived. While the valet service was nice, I hated that……

“Very nice stay. Nice view of the intracoastal. Access to beach very nice and easy with the overpass from the hotel directly onto the beach. Pool area beautiful for a sort of "rooftop" and nice poolside menu.”

“Nice hotel, but they didn’t tell us that they hold a 600 security deposit for incidentals until we arrived. Also, there is only valet parking which is expensive per around 59 dollars a night. Overall decent.”

“This property was great. The only negative thing I have to say is that the remote control wasn’t working I texted the property and they said it will send somebody the next day. Nobody came the next day at all. I had no indication what to do with the trash, I put it in front of the door, but the back close I received three text saying that I shouldn’t leave the trash there and I said I got it the first time I don’t need three text. Why won’t you quit to come and fix my remote control? ”

“Stayed for 2 nights, overall good reviews, cheap price, free breakfast and free airport transfer, also provides cheap port transfer, it is really the best choice for us who take a cruise! ”

“The hotel is conveniently located between the Airport and Cruise terminal, but unfortunately did not offer a free shuttle to get to our cruise ship the next morning. Cab or UBER can be rather expensive when demand is high. The staff was friendly. The room was much better than expected. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Microwave and coffee in the room was greatly appreciated. ”
