“The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated……

“Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.”

“Adam is a super host. This house is pristine and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay wonderful. The master bedroom mattress is so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Then when you do, drinking coffee on the deck to watch the sun come up is amazing! The view of Keuka Lake is incredible. “Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”
