Apartments in Fern Park for Rent

"We were in Orlando for my granddaughter's cheer competition (nationals) (they finished 2nd btw!).The apartment was just as it is pictured. The location was perfect! Less than 10 minutes to Universal Studios and only 20 minutes to the Disney parks! There were a few minor things that we noticed that needed correcting, but nothing major. (Remote control in living room did not have a back, the remote for one of the bedrooms kept falling apart, and a lamp in a bedroom didn't have a bulb. For the...

"Location was great & the price was even better. Only “negative” was being locked out of room because only deadbolt key was provided and not actual door knob, but owner was quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend and will deff stay again next time I’m in the area."

"My spouse and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this VRBO rental, which was a close drive to downtown historic Winter Park. Jose and Nuria were very friendly hosts and were accommodating to our needs. The second property that Jose built, which is where we stayed, is really adorable with some nice amenities. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and it served us well in making several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and there were even fake candles in the bathroom that served...

"Checking in was a little odd, but the room was very nice and served its purpose. It is similar to a hotel setup, but our room was not owned by the hotel. However, when our key card stopped working, the owner told us to take it down to the front desk to fix. It worked out, but just thought it was a weird situation. It was a great location to be near the Orange County Convention Center. Overall we were pleased with our stay."

"The location worked out great for us. Close to resort pool, walking distance to Publix, short drive to aquatic center. The property needs some maintenance on 2nd king bed, additional linens, and the washer and dishwasher fixing. The check in process was easy and messages with the host were answered promptly during our stay."

"Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus."
