“I’m a regular at this hotel twice yearly for the past 5years but the beds are still the same uncomfortable they need to change the beds everything else is 5* I only come to Lloret to relax and get away from work for few days ”

“Hotel bar and restaurant staff were exceptional. They would help in any way. The reception staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel was friendly. Our room 604 was large and clean. Unfortunately the fridge did not get cold.”

“Nous nous sommes régalés ! Les plages, les criques, la piscine de l'hôtel avec ses transats, le jardin, l'accueil. Le restaurant est bien, on y mange bien même si c'est un buffet à volonté, il y a du choix, seule chose, c'est très bruyant !!! Idem la nuit avec des voisins pas très soucieux et respectueux des autres, ils nous ont mis la musique forte a 5h45 du mat ! Merci !!!! Les parkings de l'hôtel est super cher!! Et les chambres et salles de bains devraient être un peu remise au goût du……
