What I didn’t like was that the cleaning is every 3 day. I don’t think that’s right. I had to take out my own trash,I had to go look for the laundry room to get clean towels and get toilet paper. I went on vacation not to clean. Next time I go to Vallejo I would have to think about staying at your hotel. But that’s the only thing wrong about your hotel everything else is a 10

OK price point for the area near Napa, CA. The "breakfast included" description is a bit misleading based on photos on website and links. There were no fruits, no juice, no sausage, no granola bars. Essentially a stripped down breakfast with coffee, waffles and cereal. Hallways had a chemical-like odor. Front desk staff was excellent though.

It was one of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had. They asked for $200 security deposit after the room is already paid for which is very odd. The room was filthy. There was dirt all over our bathtub in bathroom. The service was awful. The woman that worked. The front desk was extremely rude. There was a hotel party in the hallway that was so loud from 2 AM to 4:30 AM. We called and asked the front desk to help us with the noise and maybe come down not one person helped us. I called the cops. We were so uncomfortable in our room all night and sleep. we were there for a swim competition with our girls so we had to compete the next day however we didn’t get any sleep from all the noise from the party and going on in the hallways. Inconvenient because it’s right across the street from And amusement park gets Lots of business, but no one should go here. I will never ever go there or step foot in that place. That’s a horrible. My experience was I was Expedia. I would help this hotel servicing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and amazing. Pool was great set up and the continental breakfast was great! The rooms were very clean.
