Amazing big water views on a peninsula-30 min to Clemson!

Enjoy the serenity of this beautiful lake house located on it's own peninsula! There are natural mountainous rocks to climb and plenty of land to walk or float on the dock and enjoy the deck! There are so many wonderful ways to experience this home and plenty of room to entertain and lounge inside!

The Master Suite has a king bed, 2 oversized walk-in closets, the bathroom has double vanities and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed and Full Size bunk beds.

Please note check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 11:00. Thank you!

Nice break at the lake
Exactly as presented in listing. Was our 4th or 5th time staying with host who is always very responsive. House very well maintained on an beautiful lot (with an eagle who frequents the property. Only regret was not having more time to enjoy. Highly recommend property for family/gatherings. Close (30 min) to Clemson as well as Lavonia:/Seneca for groceries etc sock is outstanding we had rental pontoon and 2 jet skis with no problems with no problems.

AMAZING GETAWAY
This was a wonderful place, location, and house. It was quiet, and a place you can put your feet up and relax. Wendy was very nice with a last minute check in and let us enjoy the wonderful property. Thank you Wendy for allowing us to have a wonderful getaway!! It was truely a relaxing visit!!

Perfect cove
Great house on the lake and in a cove that has great views. Porch is awesome to sit on at night during rain. We will stay here again. House had everything a family could want. My wife couldn't stop talking about it

Great Lake House
We stayed at this lake house for New Years. Nicely updated house with great views of the lake. Large private yard. The kids loved playing on the big rock in the yard and hiking in the woods. Clemson is a short 25-30 minute drive away. Wendy was very accommodating and replied quickly with any questions. We will definitely be renting again in the summer.

We love our time in Fair Play, SC. The house is located on a beautiful peninsula with great view all the way around. It was great to get away to from our busy lives and spend the time together as a family in such a wonderful home!

Relaxation and Fun!
Friends and I rented this lovely home for 9 days and we didn’t want to leave! This house is much more spacious than the pictures suggest. The kitchen has plenty of room for prep and was amply stocked . The full length deck on the back is perfect for relaxing and looking at the water. The dock is large and was perfect for the boat even during the rain remnants of a hurricane. We talked about going out for lunch and dinner a few times but we only had lunch out one day. We just didn’t want to leave the peace and tranquility unless we were on the boat. I highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Great lakehouse!
A really great house with everything you need except your personal belongings! The property was great and the dock in excellent shape for gorgeous sunsets. Canoes were fun too! Hoping to go back soon!

All You Need
House is clean, well maintained, and well-stocked. Washer and dryer, two refrigerators and coffee maker (get flat filters) were all well used. Lot offers great 180 degree water views. Dock is in deep enough water for boating and swimming. Water location is calm enough for enjoyable canoe cruises. Golf-cart rental is not mandatory but sure made for more comfort and ease. Home is not far from highway and convenient to gas station and Dollar General store. All in all a great rental! We enjoyed our week! Thank you!

We had a great vacation at this lake house. Lots of room to play and dock was great for swimming and fishing!! The walk to the dock is not bad at all. Highly recommend this house!!

This place was perfect!
I am one to tell it like it is good or bad.... this property was FANTASTIC! I would rent this again in a heart beat. My daughter, son-in-law, and the grandkids joined me for a very memorable Memorial weekend. The 11yr old grandson started out fishing at 7:30 Sunday morning and continued non-stop either fishing or swimming until 10pm that night! It was great. Everything was first rate.

Great family mini-vacation
This rental is absolutely private, which we loved! Understand that with a large wooded lot come spiders, especially on the dock. Not a problem for us, a quick once over with a broom and we were good to go! The long path to the dock is an uphill climb at the end of the day but very well maintained and lit. We enjoyed the swings, charcoal grill, and fire pit for s'mores! Super convenient location allowed extended family members to join us during the days.
