"Beautiful hotel sensitively converted but rooms were somewhat spartan compared to others in the hotel group. There is air conditioning and a tv in the room, and I appreciate it is a monks cell. Initially there was no hot water ( I thought it was to enhance the monastic experience) until I realised it was turned off under the sink because the tap dripped.
