Rooms are needing some attention. Towel rack in bathroom rusted. Tub not draining properly. Bathroom ceiling needs painting. TV not working properly ( manager looked at it and had no idea what to do, no substitute available) drawers in chest of drawers would not stay shut ( I put something under front legs so they would stay closed)Pavement in parking lot is deteriorating. Several semi trailers parked in parking lot one with junk on the ground beside it. Screen at room 222 window torn

You can tell that the staff are trying to get this place back in shape, but it’s too late. The TV in my room did not work, the desk chair was broken, the window would not shut so had to listen to freeway noise the entire time. Was in town for the death of my sister and then had other bad news and had to leave unexpectedly. The hotel did not refund my early departure.

They charged us for a larger room than they put us in for the first night. Only moved us to the bigger room when our toilet broke, then told us they were giving us a free upgrade. They were actually just giving us the room we paid for.

Took a last minute night out. Check in was simple and staff polite. The room had a bit of an odd odor. However not terribly offputting. And the tv in the room didn’t work. Called front desk and was offered assistance but it was late so not a huge deal. Breakfast was okay not as good as it used to be. They have downgraded from eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy to just pre made jimmy dean sandwiches, overal a affordable and comfortable place to stag
