I tried to get them to change my room, but gave up as I didn't even want to walk on the dirty carpet. However, they did send someone to replace the safe, and it turned out the AC was actually working, but the staff, a couple of young girls working late at night, didn't...

"Initially at our arrival, the rooms offered were in a 4th floor with no elevators, the escalators were very uncomfortable. Then we were moved to a room on a 3rd floor that was awful too. Finally, the offered us a room on a 2nd floor in a terrible conditions and they charged us $100.00 extra"
