"This was my first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very nice although the bathroom was a little small but served its purpose. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was just that - continental - and just fine for the casual traveler. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the strips on Estes Park and within easy access to the Rockies. Overall a great stay! "

"Everyone was helpful and friendly and our little studio room was quaint and clean. They take great care of their historic lodge. We liked that it was close to town, but far enoughh away to not hear town. Really enjoyed and we'll be back some day!"

"Would have given all 5 stars except that the railing going up to the second story needs to be sanded and repainted. Received a large splinter in my hand."
