"Our family stayed here over spring break. Had to catch our breath going up and down the steps to the door but the house and view were beautiful. Mountain views from every room and balcony. Enjoyed the fireplace during the snow storm and loved the hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us."

"The cabin was perfect! We had 5 in our group. We did some cooking, the cabin had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels for all. The only thing negative is the mattress in the main upstairs room had divits on both sides and I have been seeing a chiropractor since January. We did have a mattress topper with us that we used but a new firm mattress would be a great benefit. Thank you, Linda! You are an awesome host!"

"It was a wonderful stay in a very cozy cabin. Was exciting to see so much wildlife activity so close to the cabin. Very memorable experince for me and my family."
"Our visit at The Landing was better than expected. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Jay was fantastic with all the recommendations he offered for food and activities! And of course the wildlife didn’t disappoint either. We will be back!"
"Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained."
"We had a small but sweet room with fireplace and Jacuzzi. We really liked the Swiss type design in architecture and the amenities like a waterfall feature and free breakfast. A little room game room also I left an item in the staff was great about finding and retrieving it for us."

"This property is extremely well maintained, friendly for families or couples, convenient to downtown restaurants and simply a great place to stay in Estes Park. It's our new favorite."
"We stayed in the Moose Haven cabin 2. My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying in this cabin. It was in the middle of the two major reason for our visit, not more than 3 to 5 minutes to town or one of RMNP entrances. The cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay, including spices and seasonings for cooking with necessary utensils. They even had extra personal need items available if you forgot things such as toothbrush/paste or deodorant. They had a nice variety of board games, books, fishing poles, some sporting equipment, a fire pit and a gas grill for your cabin use only. There is a Safeway and dollar tree minutes away, we were able to purchase groceries for our stay. We didn’t use the pool, it was too cold for that, but was nice to know it was there. I was worried about renting a cabin with my children as a single parent, this place took my worries away, it was more like staying in someone’s home rather than a “motel.” I definitely recommend for families, I hope they keep their prices reasonable as well, the amount we paid was more than reasonable for what we were provided. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thank you Nicks Resort for a great experience."
