I didn’t like the wait at check in. The property needs to be remodeled the towel hanger fall off twice during my stay. Extra charge for “premium all inclusive” never heard that I have to pay extra when I already paid for all inclusive. Extra charges that the staff couldn’t explained at check out. Won’t stay in this hotel again

The facility itself is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The service is top tier. The spa is the best. The beach is beautiful but current/waves were strong. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach and other restaurants/facilities. The food was okay.

Amazing trip! We loved this resort. The cleanliness, amenities and restaurants were excellent. The staff and service was exceptional! Our interactions especially with Francisco and Alfredo made our trip so memorable!
