"The property is very well maintained, excellent for groups, even has a casita for surly teens. Stocked with every essential. Towels galore, great beds with plenty of pillows. Location is 5 minutes walk from the best of LaJolla Village, and a nice 15 minute walk to LaJolla Shores. Highly recommend!"

There is nothing Alex missed with this property, and his communication leading up to and during our visit was appreciated. We found the QR codes throughout the villa to be extremely useful. The outdoor kitchen and game room were special treats too. Will definitely be planning another stay. Truly a stunning villa!"

"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

"My friends and I had a blast staying at this beautiful home. It is close to many wineries, and has views of wine country from the property. We felt safe and secure with the coded gate to enter the property. The inside of the house was spacious and felt very fancy. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were awesome too! It was a great space to relax with friends, with close proximity to wine tasting during the day. I would definitely recommend!"

"Had a great visit at this property. In town for a college graduation and was looking for a place close to the beach that had space for everyone. Bar area, living and family rooms, big kitchen and nice outdoor areas made it perfect for us. 1 of the bedrooms was off the master bathroom which was odd. For us, it was not an issue. House was VERY clean and the kitchen had tons of flatware, dishes and glassware. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again."

"This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed the spa, game room, and really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Our youngest thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court! I literally could not say enough...

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor."
