Property was overall clean. The lobby restroom had no paper towels and when reported the desk clerk said yes I know, we don’t have any right now. We went to our room to find no soap. We request soap at the desk and was told we don’t have any… use the shower gel from the pump in the shower. The pump had approx 1/8 inch of gel remaining in the 16oz pump bottle. I didn’t bother to ask for more shower gel assuming that was not available either. Luckily I had some emergency soap in my travel bag from the last hotel that I stayed at on my trip. Pillowcases were quite worn a grayish white in color. The room was clean enough and had a microwave and refrigerator. The towels were typical. No individual bottles of shampoo or conditioner or lotion just a pump on the shower wall. This hotel is two stories tall. There is no elevator. My wife and I have bad arthritis in our knees. I requested a 1st floor room but was told sorry we don’t have any available. This was quite early on our check in day. The desk clerk offered to carry our bags up the stairs. I thanked her but did it slowly myself. I was told that it might have been easier to help us if we didn’t book with a third party service. We’ll see how breakfast is in the morning but so far we are not impressed. We chose this hotel based on previous ratings. I guess things have deteriorated because management seems to be dropping the ball here. Evidently they are understaffed as well. We travel this route several year

Hotel is new and really clean. Staff is amazing! Room was comfortable and decent size. Very clean. Breakfast has a lot of options. Coffee, tea and juices are available 24/7 at the lounge. Lounge is quiet and spacious. Hotel is located a few minites from i90 and on 290. Just 15min from Erie and 20min from Presque Isle. We will definitelly chose this hotel for a future Erie trip.

Room had an Odor. We were very Disappointed about the Jetted Tub, which was very small. Usually in most Hotels they have jetted tubs large enough for a couple. My Husband stay in the tub 5 mins, due to being very comfortable. Breadfast was very limited. We would never stay at this Hotel again.
