I particularly liked the coffee supply, and large TVs with ROKU. My only complaint is that my SUV with roof rack (for our skis) was too high to fit under the designated covered parking spot that comes with the rental. Occasionally I had to park quite aways away from the apartment in the uncovered open parking...

"I loved this space. We will be booking with Yolonda every time we visit. I stayed with my 2 boys ages 13 and 16. We were comfortable, watching Netflix movies and making breakfast. I was able to sleep so peacefully during our visit. The house was decorated to where it made us feel at home. Reina (Yolonda’s dog) was sucn a sweet dog. She is a Very friendly dog who likes when you talk to her and give her attention. We enjoyed her. I look forward to staying in this beautiful, and tranquil space...

"In my 20 years of staying in many vacation properties, this lower-level apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable ever. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed plus more, as well as little touches that made it feel welcoming. Close to highways, restaurants, places of interest. The views of the mountains were stunning. I'd love to stay here again."

"Perfect for our group of 5 adults. All the beds were comfortable, even the twin bunks. Nice electric fireplace for drying our damp gear. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and even ordered a coffee grinder for us when we asked if there was one. Nice location close to the ski resorts and downtown. Easy parking. Would stay here again. One thing to note is it’s a basement unit so there aren’t windows in one of the bedrooms and in the living/kitchen area. However this was fine with us :)"

Since he didn’t have a guest checking in on the day of our checkout, he graciously offered to allowed us to stay a couple of hours after. "Overall the property was a very good location for us and put us right where we wanted to be for easy access to our favorite places. The shops at south town mall, PGA golf store, Scheels, Duluth Trading Post, several starbucks, and several restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend Legends Pub & Grill. You get a lot of bang for your buck; despite the cheaper price, it came with all the amenities you'd want, including a fancy heated mirror and included washer/dryer! The host was very responsive too.
