It is also well situated for heading out for day trips to explore many of the recreational and scenic locations in the region. "This is a nice small cabin with a great view of the lake. We stayed for one weekend off season but I am sure it is a great place to vacation in the summer. It has everything you need, very clean, and the hosts go out if their way to make sure you are comfortable. It is an upgrade from camping but if luxury is your style, it isn’t for you."

Smelled musty, no dishes or utensils not even cups for coffee, if I wanted to do dishes couldn't even do that as there was not kitchen towels or wash cloths provided. Fire pit but no wood. I'm not sure what a cleaning fee is for. There is nothing to clean. Beds are just mattresses on floor with fitted sheet. Overall 0 stars"

"The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!"
