"The unit hadn't been cleaned since the previous people had been there. after voicemails and texts, the owner contacted us and was able to get ahold of the cleaning company to come and clean it 2 hours after we had arrived to check in. "Loved celebrating my birthday here. Got to see the northern lights! Great communication with the owner a few days prior. Let us check in a few hours early.
